Sushi Deluxe at Sushi Ten

Let’s recap this week, shall we?

I went out of town last weekend, and managed to eat basically all of my WPA in one day. Just like that poster they have in the meetings!) My new record for points plus used in one day is now 93.

Tuesday, I managed to convince my husband that I needed sushi for dinner. Implications of my impending death were I not to have sushi may have been a factor. I ate too much sushi and took care of the rest of my WPA this day (and 2 Activity Points).

However, I managed to go to the gym and workout 4 days in a row this week. On Tuesday, I went to the gym around 10a, but the rest of the week I went at about 630a. I got my sister to join me at the gym on Thursday and Friday. She said she hadn’t been to the gym more than 1/week since December. Having a support system really works in getting motivated, doesn’t it?

I worked out really hard this week, and like I mentioned before, I really enjoyed it! I’m taking a recovery/rest day today, and I feel like I am slacking now. Oh well, I’m looking forward to going tomorrow. I may try out a yoga class they have at my gym.

I almost forgot to add – I tracked EVERY DAY this week again! Woohoo!

Evidence of Tracking

Now on to the good part – the weigh-in!

Yes, I said the good part. After all that eating, I had a loss this week of 2.6 lbs. So this means 2 things for me:

  1. I only need to lose 1.8 more lbs to fix the gain of 4.4 lbs that I had last week.
  2. I only need to lose 2.2 more lbs to reach my 10%!

I think 2 is the most exciting for me. So hopefully, sometime in the next few weeks I will attain both of these goals! Ideally, I’d like to achieve them next Saturday, but my body doesn’t always cooperate. I think it’s important to realize this if you’re going to be successful in the long run. This isn’t a race for me, but if it were, I’d rather be the tortoise than the hare.

  1. So 4lbs to lose until you reach your 10%? That’s AWESOME! You can totally do it!
